A riso printed publication, of silkscreen prints, working with my personal archive of photographs collected over the past decade. The archive includes family materials and photographs from Switzerland and Vietnam, gathered from my family's archive and personal documentation.
The work uses layering and repetition as a printing method, pressing images multiple times across screens. Through working with these techniques, I create visual densities where past and present overlap, collapsing distance and making memory materially visible.
The publication is the result of sustained engagement with my archive —returning to materials repeatedly, seeing them shift through different contexts and layerings. Each printed layer adds temporal depth to the work.

On Memory and Presence
The archive is not fixed. It lives in the act of returning to it—each time revealing something new. Through silkscreen and riso, layering becomes a way of thinking about how we hold what's passed, how we make the invisible tangible.
An image from ten years ago, pressed onto paper, in a different moment of my life, becomes something else entirely. It holds the past and the present at once.
This is about ancestors not as ghosts, but as presence. Forces set in motion long before I was born, still moving through me, still teaching. The work is a practice of listening to that – staying with the archive even when it's unclear what it wants to become. Discovery happens in that patience.
It is a refusal to break the line.
